Our Board

  • Christopher Prutting, Executive Director

Chris serves as the Executive Director and co-founder of One Family Productions. He is the “Big Guy,” and serves as a visionary behind Front Porch Fest, the organization’s signature annual event. Chris is the program editor and one of the on-air talents for WHEO Radio, a heritage music station based in Patrick County, VA. As an avid music lover, producer, and motivator, Chris has spent the last decade creating events that have a meaningful impact on the community.

Chris believes that you don’t need to look too far to discover a passion for life - and because of this philosophy, he spends much of his time involved in planning events with One Family Productions and volunteering with other organizations in the community. When he’s not involved in a project, he enjoys spending time with the love of his life - his wife and fellow OFP board member - Sarah Wray.

  • Brad Crouch, President

Brad became involved with One Family Productions after crossing paths with “El Burro,” who quickly enlisted him to join some of the OFP crew at another festival. From there, Brad volunteered at Front Porch Fest and his involvement with the organization grew quickly. He joined the board in 2020, and brings with him financial planning experience and knowledge. In 2022, Brad began his term as OFP’s Vice President.

Brad was born and raised in Chesterfield County, Virginia and has lived in Winston-Salem, NC and Danville, VA after graduating from James Madison University in 2011. Brad currently lives in Roanoke, VA with his wife Hannah, and dog Juno. He works as a commercial credit portfolio manager for Pinnacle Bank. He enjoys: golfing, skiing, reading, hiking, camping, motorcycles, water recreation of almost any type, travel, general hijinks & tomfoolery of all sorts, breweries, making legends, saving lives, and creating stories to remember forever.

  • Warren Rodgers

    Warren Rodgers, Vice President

Warren is a lifelong resident of Patrick County and we are very excited about his addition to the OFP board, joining in 2023. His professional background is as diverse as his taste in music. He has worked in restaurants, industrial construction, commercial remodeling, electrical & concrete, factory work, audio engineering, concert and stage production, farming, livestock husbandry, social work and now manufacturing. As a social worker, Warren served as the executive director of Southside Survivor Response Center where he was responsible for all aspects of the nonprofit business, from grant writing to personnel management. In 2020, he began working for Stuart based manufacturer Ten Oaks where he is the HR manager. In addition to his full time jobs, Warren has spent the last 20 years as a freelance audio engineer and became connected to OFP in 2018 when providing sound reinforcement for the First Friday Summer Jam Series.

Warren lives in Critz, VA with his wife Stephanie, daughter Jordyn, and grandson Elias. When he's not out "working a show" Warren enjoys spending time on the family farm in Critz and doing most anything outside. His nonprofit experience, spreadsheet wizardry, and background in audio production will all prove beneficial for OFP in the years to come.

As a musician himself, he wanted to ensure that the artists involved would be treated like they were part of the family and ultimately part of the philanthropic vision.

Malcom resides in Georgia where he works as a Supply Chain Management professional. His experience in this role coupled with his past contributions to OFP through production management and marketing initiatives have served as assets to the organization's work.
