Chris Prutting
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Chris was born and raised in Patrick County, developing a deep connection to the community he continues to serve. A 1999 graduate of Patrick County High School, he went on to attend Patrick & Henry Community College, furthering his education before embarking on a career dedicated to community engagement and event management. His passion for fostering local growth and cultural enrichment has led him to take on key leadership roles in various organizations. He served on the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2016 to 2020, holding the position of Vice President in his final year, and currently contributes to the Patrick County Tourism Advisory Council, working to enhance the region’s appeal. He is also a lifetime member of the Virginia Jaycees, demonstrating his long-term commitment to leadership and community service.
As the Executive Director and a founding member of One Family Productions since 2013, Chris has overseen the organization’s operations, successfully managing a diverse portfolio of events such as Front Porch Fest, First Friday Summer Jam Series, and Bushels & Barrels Festival. His expertise in event logistics, talent booking, sponsorship recruitment, and vendor coordination has contributed to the success of these initiatives. Additionally, as Festival Director for Front Porch Fest since 2009 and Logistics Director for Rooster Walk LLC since 2022, he has been instrumental in coordinating large-scale festivals, managing partnerships, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. His dedication to community outreach and philanthropy has supported numerous local nonprofits. He also curates programming for the historic Star Theatre, further enhancing the region’s cultural and economic vitality.
BRAD Crouch

Brad became involved with One Family Productions after crossing paths with “El Burro,” who quickly enlisted him to join some of the OFP crew at another festival. From there, Brad volunteered at Front Porch Fest and his involvement with the organization grew quickly. He joined the board in 2020, and brings with him financial planning experience and knowledge. In 2022, Brad began his term as OFP’s Vice President.
Brad was born and raised in Chesterfield County, Virginia and has lived in Winston-Salem, NC, Danville, & Roanoke, VA after graduating from James Madison University in 2011. Brad currently lives in Wilmington, DE with his wife Hannah, dog Juno, and toddler Theo. He works as a commercial credit portfolio manager for Firstrust Bank. He enjoys: golfing, skiing, reading, hiking, camping, motorcycles, water recreation of almost any type, travel, general hijinks & tomfoolery of all sorts, breweries, making legends, saving lives, and creating stories to remember forever.
CRYSTAL WESCH

Crystal has been a supporter of One Family Productions since its inception. She joined the Board in 2018 and was elected to the position of Treasurer beginning in 2021. Growing up on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, Crystal is familiar with small town needs and has great appreciation for non-profit organizations that work to support their communities. Crystal studied Accounting and Computer Information Systems at James Madison University where she met and quickly formed a strong companionship with OFP co-founder Sarah Wray.
Since obtaining her BBA in 2010, Crystal has worked full time on the business side of Starr Hill Brewery based in Charlottesville, VA, gaining invaluable skills of operating a growing, ever-changing company. Crystal is proud to contribute to One Family Productions, providing a business perspective, fancying-up Excel spreadsheets, and serving on a handful of committees, including Finance and Marketing. When she’s not checking boxes on her to-do list, Crystal can be found starting and sometimes finishing projects at her home in Richmond, soaking in the sun on a brewery patio, or exploring the city with her two fur children, Finn and Minnie.
SARAH WRAY

Sarah is a co-founder and past President of One Family Productions, where she has been instrumental in fostering connections between people, organizations, and resources. With a strong background in education and event planning, she brings expertise in nonprofit management, community development, and facilitation to both the board and One Family Productions.
Sarah is currently the Community Engagement, Partnerships, and Program Manager at the Reynolds Homestead, an outreach facility of Virginia Tech. She holds a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning.
Beyond her professional commitments, Sarah finds joy in watching live music with her husband, Chris, practicing yoga, chasing sunrises, tending to her garden, and snuggling with their beloved cat, Kali.
NATHAN “Syd” HARRELL

Syd is a self-proclaimed full-time volunteer for One Family Productions and has found inspiration in supporting the organization by applying his multiple skills in engineering, planning, and construction. He is on a mission to build greater efficiencies within OFP. In partnership with New Leaf Energy, Syd led the creation of the Sunny Side Up (SSU-1), a mobile solar light tower to support annual events using green energy. Additionally, he has spent time sprucing up and enhancing various assets that have been donated to the organization such as a golf cart and truck. In collaboration with the executive director and his sister–renowned artist, sculptor, and licensed architect–Syd led the charge on designing and building the beautiful new timber-framed Porch Stage that debuted at FPF12 in 2021.
Syd attended Virginia Tech where he studied Mechanical Engineering and pig raisin’. He has professional experience in corporate arenas and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to OFP. He currently resides in Meadows of Dan, Virginia and in his free time he enjoys developing design for new creations, debating, and making functional art.
IDALINA WILLIAMS

Idalina Williams' path to One Family Productions began with a shared passion for connecting communities through nature and storytelling. Getting to know some OFP founding members during the 2020 AIR Shift Evolve cohort, she was immediately drawn to the organization's mission. After remotely supporting their work, she jumped at the opportunity to collaborate actively as a board member, bringing her expertise in community development, partnership building, and creating engaging spaces.
Idalina's professional journey spans various roles, including Director of Partnerships with Friends of Southwest Virginia, AIR Shift and ELOVE facilitator, Naturalist, and her current work as a Recreation Planner at SE Group.
A Floyd County native now residing in Castlewood, Virginia with her husband Daniel, Idalina enjoys exploring the Clinch River, playing volleyball, and tending to her homestead with goats, chickens, and gardens.
WARREN RODGERS
VICE PRESIDENT

Warren is a lifelong resident of Patrick County and we are very excited about his addition to the OFP board, joining in 2023. His professional background is as diverse as his taste in music. He has worked in restaurants, industrial construction, commercial remodeling, electrical & concrete, factory work, audio engineering, concert and stage production, farming, livestock husbandry, social work and now manufacturing. As a social worker, Warren served as the executive director of Southside Survivor Response Center where he was responsible for all aspects of the nonprofit business, from grant writing to personnel management. In 2020, he began working for Stuart based manufacturer Ten Oaks where he is the HR manager. In addition to his full time jobs, Warren has spent the last 20 years as a freelance audio engineer and became connected to OFP in 2018 when providing sound reinforcement for the First Friday Summer Jam Series.
Warren lives in Critz, VA with his wife Stephanie, daughter Jordyn, and grandson Elias. When he's not out "working a show" Warren enjoys spending time on the family farm in Critz and doing most anything outside. His nonprofit experience, spreadsheet wizardry, and background in audio production will all prove beneficial for OFP in the years to come.
LAURA CLARK

Laura's passion for community shines through her 10 years with One Family Productions, where she currently serves as a Board Director. She also serves as Volunteer Coordinator for Front Porch Fest where she loves connecting volunteers with opportunities to contribute to the event and witnessing the joy and togetherness the festival brings. She believes deeply in One Family Productions’ role in making Patrick County feel like a home for all. Outside of her volunteer work, Laura is a Project Manager at her family’s 5th-generation construction company. She enjoys life with her husband and a menagerie of pets on their family cattle farm. Laura's creative spirit leads her to explore hobbies like pottery and stained glass, always drawn to working with natural materials.
MALCOM FIELDS

Malcom’s dreamed of combining his love of music with his love for Patrick County. Alongside Chris Prutting, this was realized at the Inaugural Front Porch Fest. Personally driven to ensure the artists involved would be treated like they were part of the family which has proved to leave lasting impressions that keeps artists returning year after year to participate in our Family Reunion.
Currently residing in Gainesville, Georgia where he works as a Warehouse and Supply Chain Manager, utilizing those skills from his professional life and the project management skills refined as a former Chairperson of One Family Productions Marketing Committee where he also sits on the Membership Committee. On top of the many hats he wears for OFP he also leads the charge as Front Porch Fest’s Production Manager throughout the entirety of the festival's existence ensuring the performances stay on schedule keeping the patrons and musicians happy!
In his free time, Malcom is likely to be found on stage performing with his band Escape Vehicle and throughout November and December you may find him in his Most Official Title as SANTA MALCOM at events from Stuart, VA to Atlanta, GA. Malcom believes that we all have ‘labors of love’ and OFP is his.
Kelly Cline Lolli

Kelly became involved with One Family Productions through Crystal (they worked together at Starr Hill Brewery) and she joined the Board of Directors in 2023. Kelly grew up in Johnson City, TN, and loves small-town culture, music, and art. She studied Mass Communication at East Tennessee State.
Kelly now resides in Crozet, VA with her husband, Ben, and dog, Finley. She is an artist by passion and a marketer by career. She works in Marketing & Communications for the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors and can often be found selling her artwork at various festivals around Virginia.
